Any such change must be in writing and approved by the compensation committee. However, no modification or termination shall apply retroactively as to cause a forfeiture of an earned bonus. 401(k) plan We maintain a tax­qualified 401(k) retirement plan for all U.S. employees who satisfy certain eligibility requirements, including requirements relating to age and length of service. Under our 401(k) plan, employees may elect to defer up to all eligible compensation, subject to applicable annual Internal Revenue Code limits. We match a portion of contributions made by our employees, including executives.
